The memory foam mattress from our partner DODO will provide the restorative nap your whole being craves, body and soul! Sometimes, all we dream of is a good bed to give our day a boost.

Whether you’re running errands in the Opéra district, between meetings, trying to combat jet lag, or simply because you feel the need: no need for frills. When you desperately need sleep, there’s a radical solution!

You enter the ZZZen Nap Bar and leave any unwanted items, such as your smartphone or other device, in a personal locker. After the application of a relaxing essential oil, your Nap Bar host leads you to the top floor of our building, whose totem element is AIR.

A soft light welcomes you. Settle in comfortably, in the position of your choice. The bamboo blackout blinds are drawn, and headphones playing soothing music ensure relaxation and tranquility. Several nap durations are available. However, feel free to listen to your needs and take the time you need to recharge. Our staff will adapt the package accordingly.

You don’t have to worry about a thing. Upon waking, you gently return to reality while enjoying our featured beverage. You can also extend this beneficial experience with our massage equipment, which is available free of charge.

A bit of history: the origins of the restorative nap

The word nap comes from the Spanish siesta, itself derived from the Latin sexta, referring to the sixth hour of the day. In Roman times, this sixth hour corresponded to midday.

Today, napping can be enjoyed in many different ways to suit individual rhythms. While it has long been a deeply rooted tradition in warmer countries, it is increasingly gaining ground in the Western world thanks to its many benefits and proven effectiveness.
